From the Founder

"If it is about us, without us,  it is not for us."
~ African Proverb

As a first generation college and graduate school attendee and graduate, I have experienced a lot of uphill struggles, and most often I simply wished there was someone to guide me so that some of those battles did not have to be fought. I know nothing is easy, but at times, a basic understanding of how things typically work in certain spaces, would have saved me a lot of energy. Let me save you that energy.

My basic goal in life is to give to those that need, and to assist them in ways that would prepare them for new roads in life that perhaps no one else has ventured within their immediate circle. I am a teacher. I am a mentor. I am a tutor. I am a counselor. I am someone who is okay with seeing those after me be more successful than me. I only desire to lift as I climb.

Below are several of my recent achievements and events, click to learn more about them.

Until the lion has his or her own storyteller, the hunter will always have the best part of the story.
