Under my business brand of Perception, I am here to guide anyone looking for mentorship, support, and knowledge, all informed by my lived experiences and my academic knowledge. I strive to speak truth, be an accountable role model, be approachable by anyone from anywhere, to be active in the communities of which I belong, to be honest with myself and others, and most of all to be available.
We should always enter with truth, as a speaker I share many truths, often untold.
In a time when institutions are seeking diversity and inclusion consultants, more than ever before, Perception comes from the framework of educating not training. As a strong pedagogue, Dr. Brackett teaches issues of diversity to the most novice of learners, and she is a master at breaking through and bridging divides.
Language, no matter when or where, either connects or divides us. Always approachable, language learning with me will be a connection.
